A: We recommend booking at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance for corporate events, especially during peak season (May to October). For large conferences or specific acts, 3+ months is ideal. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines, so just get in touch.
Q: Can you supply entertainment for events outside Cairns?
A: Absolutely. We regularly supply entertainment for events in Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Mission Beach, the Atherton Tablelands and beyond. Travel logistics are quoted accordingly.
Q: Do you provide sound equipment and lighting?
A: We refer clients to trusted local AV and lighting companies, and we can contract one on your behalf if needed.
Q: Can I see the acts perform before booking?
A: We provide promotional videos for all acts on our roster. For certain acts who have local upcoming gigs, we can certainly inform you prior.
Q: How does pricing work for corporate entertainment?
A: Pricing varies depending on the type of act, performance duration/call-time and event requirements. Contact us with your event details and we'll provide a tailored quote.
Q: Can you supply an MC as well as the music?
A: Yes. We have experienced MCs for awards nights, gala dinners and conference sessions, and we can book the MC and the entertainment together so the run sheet is coordinated.
