Playing all of the classic standards from the American Song Book, Bernie's Trio add the perfect hint of sophistication to any corporate cocktail function, birthday party or wedding reception. They are generally booked in a Trio Format including Harry (Vocals & Drums), Bernie (Bass), Tom (Piano).
Victoria - Jazz Duo, Trio
Singing Jazz since she can remember, Victoria has had a successful career performing at many Bars, Hotels, Public and Corporate events throughout her life in Far North Queensland. Some would compare her swing-style to Ella Fitzgerald and her vocal tone is ever so charismatic! Victoria is available to work in several formats ranging from Duo to 4-piece.
Tommy - Pianist
Well-known keyboard man, Tommy See Poy, has been thrilling audience in and around Cairns for over two decades. After spending several years in Sydney in the early eighties, he headed overseas to perform in some of the finest hotels in Asia. Well received in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, Tommy headed to Seoul on the South Korean peninsula where he performed with some of the finest musicians on the planet. Since returning to North Queensland in the late 90s, he has re-established his reputation for excellence in Jazz piano performance.
Latin Jazz Excursion - Jazz Ensemble
The Latin Jazz Excursion, led by Tommy See Poy (Piano) alongside Bass, Percussion, Drums & Guitar, have gained a reputation in the Far North with a regular weekly Thursday evening gig at the Pier Bar. Playing Latin classics from Sergio Mendes to Afro-Cuban style tunes, they always have Salsa Dancers wanting more.
